Conversations, personality, affection, humor, and other responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may sometimes be inaccurate, inconsistent, incomplete, or unexpected.
Certain features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You agree to provide accurate account information and not to access another person's account without authorization.
Chloe may remember information from conversations in order to provide a more personalized experience. Memories may include preferences, interests, pets, hobbies, favorite things, previous conversation topics, and other details you choose to share.
You should not provide passwords, financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information in conversations.
Chloe is an adults-only AI companion. You agree that you will not use, attempt to use, prompt, manipulate, or circumvent Chloe or its safety systems to create, request, facilitate, or distribute prohibited content.

Consensual interactions involving fictional adults do not violate this section merely because they involve adult themes. All participants represented in adult scenarios must be adults capable of providing consent.
AI-generated responses are provided for companionship and entertainment. They should not be relied upon as professional medical, legal, financial, mental health, or other professional advice.
Artificial intelligence can make mistakes. You are responsible for evaluating information before relying on it or acting upon it.
Chloe may offer a free level of service with usage limits. Free limits, available features, and functionality may change as the service develops.
Chloe may offer an optional Premium subscription. Premium features may include expanded conversations, enhanced memory features, relationship progression, voice features, or other benefits described at the time of purchase.
When Premium becomes available, the price and billing frequency will be clearly displayed before purchase.
Paid subscriptions may be processed by a third-party payment provider. When recurring billing is offered, the billing terms will be disclosed before purchase.
Users will be able to cancel recurring subscriptions in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided with the subscription. Cancellation generally stops future renewals and does not necessarily terminate access that has already been paid for.
Refunds, when applicable, will be handled according to the terms presented at purchase and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
These Terms may be updated as Chloe develops. When material changes are made, the updated date will be changed and additional notice may be provided when required.
